Life as a Sister

Study halls and service days, rituals and road trips — collegiate membership shapes women for a lifetime of purpose.

Recruitment

Join a Chapter

New members gathered together at a welcome event

Membership begins with mutual choice: you meet our sisters, and our sisters meet you. Most chapters recruit each fall and spring through open events, service projects, and conversations — no prior connections required.

  • Attend open events. Chapter calendars list teas, study nights, and service days open to every interested woman.
  • Meet your sponsor. A collegiate sister guides you through conversations, values sessions, and the new-member program.
  • Sign the promise. New members complete an eight-week education in our history and pillars before initiation.

Expansion

Start a Chapter

No WHS chapter on your campus? A group of twelve or more interested women, a faculty advisor, and campus recognition are all it takes to begin. Our expansion team walks with you — interest group to colony to chartered chapter.

  • Gather your circle of twelve women committed to the six pillars.
  • Petition with us — we prepare the campus application alongside you.
  • Charter in a year through colony education, service, and sisterhood milestones.
