What We Collect

We collect only what you give us: recommendation details, alumnae record updates, donation pledges, and shop orders (name, contact details, and shipping address). Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and never stored on this site.

How We Use It

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, maintain membership records, process orders and donations, and — only with your permission — send chapter news. Member records are visible solely to staff and authorized chapter officers.

What We Never Do

We never sell member or visitor information, never share ritual materials outside the sisterhood, and never add you to the Laurel mailing list without consent. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Your Rights

Write to our Lexington office at any time to review, correct, or delete your record. We reply within two business days.
